Story of U-3G

The university of Three Generations (U-3G) in Nepal aims to empower and engage the three generations: youth, working individuals, and senior citizens. U-3G seeks to transform society and lead Nepal towards prosperity.

• Around seven million Nepalese youths are forced to seek employment abroad due to a lack of opportunities in their own country.
• Government policies and programs have failed to create employment opportunities, contributing to this unfortunate situation.
• Working men and women in various sectors, including government, agriculture, health, education, and tourism, feel frustrated due to bureaucratic hurdles and widespread corruption.
• Senior citizens, who have made significant contributions to the nation during their working lives, often face miserable, depressed, and disrespectful circumstances in their retirement.
